The two principals in Vitaro & Goodfriend are former Administrative Judges with extensive experience in training, doing sensitive investigations and helping federal agencies to achieve solutions to EEO and Employee Relations issues.
We are a national organization, focusing on providing practical, reasonably priced instruction for federal government employees, managers and supervisors as well as related organizations. The training principally concerns Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Employee Relations.
We provide fact-finding, conclusions and recommendations for instances of alleged serious misconduct, such as by senior agency managers or supervisors, or other especially sensitive issues. We also conduct organizational assessments (and make specific recommendations) when the capabilities of a senior manager are in question or where there is turmoil within a given work unit.
